The equipment mainly includes the main unit, standard blocks, hydraulic powersystem, software control system, and main control&monitoring system. Amongthem, the main unit includes a main hydraulic cylinder, a supporting base, a pindevice, a feeding device, top cushion blocks, etc. The main control&monitoringsystem is an independent operation unit, equipped with the multi-equipmentlinkage synchronous control software independently developed by KIET. It cansimultaneously operate and monitor multiple on-site devices in a unified manner.Through the sending of control system commands, it can perform consecutiveactions such as feeding, jacking, pinning, load transfer, lowering, and materialreturn on the complete set of equipment, achieving data visualization during theentire operation process and ensuring the safety of on-site construction.
